Intensives

What matters is that we get to the root cause of it.

Intensive workshops start Sunday afternoon and last until Friday at noon. This is designed to get the group to the heart of what is going on and what is going on with each individual. We go over what challenges in their life that they have been unable to overcome.  Or what they are struggling to identify the issues in their life, that have been driving them toward poor decision-making for years.

Trauma is an emotional response to a stressful, frightening, or distressing event that is difficult to cope with. It’s like your mind hitting the pause button on life and replaying the most challenging moments on a loop whether you can see it or not. The aftermath of trauma can leave a person feeling like they are walking through a fog, struggling to make sense of their emotions and experiences. It’s as if the event has cast a shadow over everything, making it hard to see clearly or find your way back to a sense of normalcy.

The best thing you can do is prepare mentally for the upcoming life changes. Mental preparation is key to navigating transitions with resilience and adaptability. By acknowledging and accepting that change is a natural part of life, you can equip yourself with the mindset needed to embrace new opportunities and challenges that come your way. Cultivating a positive outlook, practicing self-care, and seeking support from loved ones can all contribute to strengthening your mental readiness for whatever lies ahead. Remember, change can be intimidating, but by preparing yourself mentally, you can approach it with confidence and a sense of empowerment.
