This program will help guide the love addict through the feelings and fears of abandonment, pain, anger and emptiness and create an opportunity to explore their self-judgments without fear of the judgment of others.
Codependency underlies all addictions and usually involves a disconnect in the relationship with one’s self.
Treatment will begin to explore existing beliefs and patterns of relationships and culminate in the process of re-establishing appropriate ways of relating with others that provide for a balance of self-awareness and self-fulfillment.
All types of abuse are painful, can cause psychological distress, and or leave deep psychological wounds. These intense, often negative feelings may plague the survivor as he struggles to cope and deal with feelings of shame, guilt, and alienation.
This program is designed to help a person express and process these difficult emotions, develop self-compassion and self-care strategies, and provide social support by building bonds with other people who have lived through similar experiences.
Sex addiction can lead to significant problems or distress and is often associated with a number of potential medical, occupational, legal, social, and emotional complications.
This program is designed to concentrate on two goals: separating you from harmful sexual behavior and facing the guilt, shame and depression associated with this illness. Each individual will benefit from the support and structure of recovery groups as well as individualized sessions with directed interventions that enhance self-esteem and self-image, address emotional problems, and other therapies tailored to the individual.
Trauma 1 & 2 (May 18-22, October 26-30, 2015)
Trauma is an emotional response to a terrible event like an accident, rape or natural disaster as well as any event that is horrific in one’s personal perception. Reactions range from shock and denial to unpredictable emotions, flashbacks, and strained relationships.
This two part program will begin to re-establish feelings of safety and stabilization by de-sensitizing and processing the traumatic memories and culminate in a focus on the re-connection and integration with family and friends and re-storing the capacity to enjoy life.

As many as 10 in 100 young adults and children suffer from an eating disorder. Overeating or restricting related to tension, poor nutritional habits and food fads are relatively common eating problems for today’s youth. Unfortunately, many teenagers hide these serious and sometimes fatal disorders from their families and friends.
Our program is designed to begin addressing these issues through individual, group therapy, and family therapy
